Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the La Liga Live Spiel website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific URL(s) or other unique identifying information of the material that La Liga Live Spiel has removed or to which La Liga Live Spiel has disabled access.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
